We're launching 25 new campuses before the close of 2025, and each begins with a single touchpoint: the admissions experience. You will shape that experience.
This is a high-touch, concierge-level engagement designed for HNW/UHNW families — not a sequence of forms or standardized phone scripts. You will shepherd the entire admissions process for your assigned families, from initial contact through final transition, ensuring premium service throughout. You will assess incoming inquiries, support families as they evaluate their options, and deploy AI-driven tools to eliminate administrative friction so you can concentrate on what truly matters: connection, outcomes, and credibility.

What You Will Be Doing
Overseeing the complete admissions process for your portfolio of families with professionalism, care, and precision.
Evaluating inbound leads from HNW/UHNW parents through thoughtful inquiry, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven analysis.
Serving as the sole point of contact for all parent coordination, meeting scheduling, and ongoing communication — ensuring a premium experience at every stage.
Using AI-powered platforms and CRM infrastructure (such as HubSpot) to streamline task prioritization, automate routine touchpoints, and minimize manual effort.

Following rigid scripts or fixed playbooks — this role demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
Navigating bureaucratic friction — you won't be waiting on multiple approvals or dependent on others to move forward.
Handing off relationship ownership — you are the singular, trusted advisor from beginning to end.
Senior Enrollment Advisor Key Responsibilities
Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that secures family confidence and supports Alpha's national campus expansion.
Basic Requirements
3+ years in a client-facing capacity with documented conversion performance (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
Demonstrated success managing high-stakes or emotionally complex discussions with professionalism and sensitivity.
CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and experience guiding multi-phase processes from inquiry through commitment.
Confirmed capability with AI applications, automation systems, and strategic workflow management.
Proven excellence in detail execution — encompassing documentation accuracy, timely follow-through, CRM maintenance, and intuitive discretion regarding internal information.
Located in the U.S. or Canada with independent work authorization (no sponsorship available).
Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours matching family availability.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
