Overview
Alpha School is on a mission to reshape education using AI and dynamic workshop‑based instruction. As a Leadership Coach, you will facilitate workshops, use data analytics, and guide students toward high achievements.
What You Will Be Doing
Facilitate sixty‑minute live workshops on public speaking, concentration, and feedback exchange for students K‑8.
Conduct individualized motivation sessions using Coachbot analytics and Alpha's reward mechanisms to achieve 100% student goal attainment.
Develop Guides through coaching on program adherence and standards enforcement.
Manage your own student cohort while advancing the capabilities of other Guides.
Monitor student satisfaction metrics, goal attainment rates, and Guide performance indicators.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Teaching or tutoring academic content – learning occurs via digital applications.
Creating curriculum or lesson plans – Alpha's playbook provides the framework.
Accepting 99% when the standard is 100% – uphold rigor.
Coaching Guides on instructional methods – focus on energy, motivation, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements
Currently based or willing to relocate to one of the listed cities.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning & development, coaching, or related field.
Experience designing and executing educational programs, training initiatives, or curricula.
Leadership experience managing a team of 5 or more, including hiring and performance decisions.
Professional experience working with youth ages 5‑14.
Proven data‑analysis skills to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Nice‑to‑have Requirements
Master’s degree in relevant field.
Experience in athletics coaching, camp leadership, or youth development with measurable standards.
Professional coaching experience in instructional coaching or professional development settings.
Documented success improving quantifiable outcomes (completion rates, satisfaction metrics, team performance).

Full‑time, 40 hours per week, long‑term position with independent contractor agreement. Compensation is $75 USD/hour ($150,000 USD/year) paid weekly. This role is immediately available.
