HR/Talent Power BI Analyst

Summary of Position
The Talent Power BI Analyst will serve as a strategic partner to the Talent Organization, responsible for building scalable dashboards, delivering actionable insights, and anticipating the evolving needs of the business. This role goes beyond reporting. It requires a forward-thinking analyst who can proactively identify trends, surface risks, and recommend data-driven solutions across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, and Talent Operations. The Analyst will design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical reports, while also working directly within the HRIS and ATS systems to ensure data integrity, optimize processes, and enable better decision-making. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to Talent Leadership, helping shape strategy through data.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards and analytical reports for a range of stakeholders to support decision making

Anticipate business needs by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle

Partner with Talent Leadership to advise on workforce strategy and organizational effectiveness

Work directly within HRIS and ATS systems to extract and validate data

Translate complex data into clear, concise narratives

Build and maintain data models using Power BI tools (Power Query, DAX) and SQL

Standardize and improve data sources to enhance data quality

Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance

Automate reporting and reduce manual processes

Serve as a technical expert across HR systems

Collaborate with IT and business teams on data integration

Train users on dashboard usage and self‑service reporting

Support executive presentations with data insights

Prepare compliance reporting and compensation analysis

Lead analytics‑related projects end‑to‑end

Requirements
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

4+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence

Strong Power BI expertise (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, SQL)

Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms

Strong understanding of HR metrics

Advanced Excel skills

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to translate data into business recommendations

High business acumen and curiosity

Work Environment / Availability

In‑office role requiring a minimum of four (4) days per week onsite

Regular, predictable attendance required
