Role Overview
Program Planner – Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Planning Team. Supports the F‑16 and F‑22 platforms by ensuring successful program execution, schedule baseline management, and Earned Value Management (EVM) accuracy.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules using Critical Path Methodology.
Integrate and assess schedule impacts of proposed work on existing and future plans.
Interact with engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality control teams.
Participate in program and project planning and scheduling reviews.
Identify gaps, recommend remediation activities, and assist in monthly variance analysis.
Maintain and update the Earned Value Management system as required.
Basic Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology.
Experience delivering leadership project briefings.
Bachelor’s degree (required).
Desired Skills
Degree in Construction Management, Program Management, or Business Administration.
Experience with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, including Earned Value Management.
Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan or similar scheduling tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience as a planning team lead and/or contract planner.
Proposal experience.
Strong knowledge of Lockheed Martin Program Performance Management (PPM) Command Media.
Supplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills.
Risk and Opportunity Management familiarity.
Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) experience.
Prior aerospace experience.

Security Clearance
