Description
The Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) is comprised of the F‑16 and F‑22. The F‑16 has served the United States Air Force and its allies for decades with advanced technology. The 5th‑Generation F‑22 Raptor delivers unprecedented air dominance with stealth, speed, agility, and situational awareness. This role supports program planning and execution for the IFG platforms in Fort Worth, Texas.
Summary of Key Duties
The candidate is a self‑starter and relationship builder who supports an integrated team within the IFG platforms to ensure successful program execution and performance, including a validated Earned Value Management system. The role shares responsibility for schedule baseline management and control, assists in monthly variance analysis, and evaluates program and project planning and scheduling products.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain schedules and integrate schedule impacts of proposed work on existing and future plans.
Apply Critical Path Methodology in schedule network development and analysis.
Interact with program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production and quality control.
Participate in evaluation of planning and scheduling products and identify remediation activities for gaps.

Desired Skills
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
Degree in Construction Management, Program Management, or Business Administration
Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology
Experience with Schedule Performance Management techniques, such as Earned Value Management
Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Security Clearance
Must be a U.S. citizen. This position requires a government security clearance (Secret). The facility requires special access.
