Café Operations Manager

to support a high‑profile client in

Fort Wayne, Indiana . This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment and is energized by building something new. Our café serves

four meal periods daily . The manager will work a

Sunday–Thursday schedule , primarily

9:00 AM–5:00 PM , with the flexibility needed to support a dynamic operation.

We are currently operating out of a

temporary kitchen and office space

while our brand‑new facility is under construction—making this a unique chance to help shape the future of the program from the ground up.

As the Café Operations Manager, you will lead all front‑of‑house operations and ensure every guest interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do

Supervise, mentor, and inspire a diverse café team

Champion an exceptional customer experience across all dayparts

Support daily hospitality services with a focus on consistency and quality

Collaborate with culinary and operational partners to elevate service delivery

Bring forward new ideas that enhance the guest experience and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience: 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience: 1 year in food or culinary services
