Sodexo is seeking a

Food Service Manager 2

to support food service operations at

McLean Southeast Medical Center , a behavioral healthcare campus dedicated to high-quality patient care. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who enjoys coaching teams, maintaining operational excellence, and being actively involved in food production and service.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and supervise

7 direct reports , including scheduling, training, and performance management

Maintain a hands‑on presence in

food production, cooking, and preparation

as needed

Ensure compliance with Sodexo standards, client expectations, and all local, state, and federal regulations

Support patient, retail, and/or café operations with a focus on quality, safety, and service excellence

Utilize technology and computer systems for scheduling, ordering, inventory, and reporting

Foster strong communication across teams, leadership, and client stakeholders

Drive a positive team culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement

What You Bring

Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience

in food service or hospitality

Hands‑on cooking and food preparation experience

(required)

Strong

technical and computer fluency

(scheduling systems, inventory, reporting, email)

Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead teams in a healthcare or regulated environment
