Overview
Whalar is a leading independent Creator and Social agency that transforms brands into cultural drivers through creator partnerships.

Responsibilities

Project manage, organize and direct day‑to‑day operations of campaign delivery, including budgets, timelines, and support for creator sourcing, contracting, briefing, and campaign management.

Manage, develop, and mentor at least one Campaign Executive, supporting career pathing and goal setting.

Lead or actively participate in internal and external meetings, adding value with knowledge of the brand, creator roster, strategy, and campaign goals/KPIs.

Qualifications

4+ years of agency or brand experience, including team management.

Strong detail‑oriented communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Solid understanding of the social media advertising ecosystem and an appetite to learn industry innovations.

Appreciation and understanding of the value of creativity.

Thrives in a collaborative, flexible, and scrappy environment that values initiative over titles or rigid structure.

Self‑starter with a problem‑solving mindset and proactive attitude.

Salary:

$65,000 – $75,000 (range; final offer based on evaluation of experience, expertise, fit, and budget approvals)
