The Client Services team holds the ultimate responsibility for the creative output and flawless execution of our campaigns and programs. With a comprehensive view over all aspects of collaboration, the team works with expert teams and specialist partners, both internally and externally, to bring a brand's creative vision to life. The team has three core functions: overseeing campaigns, budgets, and timing across assigned programs; acting as the central resource to bring in the right expertise at the right time; and facilitating retention and client satisfaction through excellent operational and servicing standards and quality creative output.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
Project manage, organize and direct the day-to-day operations of campaign delivery. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and supporting the team for creator sourcing, contracting, briefing and campaign management
Manage, help to develop and mentor at least one Campaign Executive, supporting with career pathing and goal setting
Lead or be an active participant on internal and external meetings, adding value with keen knowledge of the brand, roster of creators, strategy and campaign goals / KPIs
Here’s what we’re looking for:
4+ years’ agency or brand experience, including team management
Strong detail-oriented communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of the social media advertising ecosystem and an insatiable appetite for learning about industry innovations
Appreciate and understand the value of creativity
Thrive in an environment where collaboration, flexibility and scrappiness are valued more than job titles, rigid structure and legacy ways of working
Be a curious self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive ‘can do’ attitude
The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 and serves as a general guideline reflecting the potential compensation for the role. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, and ultimately budget approvals
