
Client Set Up Representative (Healthcare EDI)

Purpose
Client set-up is a uniquely talented team essential to our clients, insurance companies, and the Quadax Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) department. As a member of this specialized team, you will build professional relationships within our provider community, internal support teams at Quadax, and with multiple insurance companies while helping providers run and maintain processing of various transactions through our electronic medical claims processing clearinghouse and software.
This position is in office 5 days a week for the first 3 months (training period). Then reverts to a hybrid model of 3 days in office and 2 days remote each week.
Responsibilities
Assist our clients with insurance Provider Number Registration
Insurance paperwork research and follow-up
Occasional direct support to clients who use our software
Database entry review and upkeep
Billing and/or invoicing processing and mailings
Review new sales contracts and set up various product implementation workflows for employees
Maintain contract folders
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Proficient with numbers and calculations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build relationships with clients and colleagues
Positive team player with energy and enthusiasm, committed to exceeding client expectations
Flexibility and openness to work on a variety of assignments with various people
Ability to retain information, make an immediate impact, and provide value-added service to our clients
Attention to detail and accuracy as a top priority
Self-motivated with independent problem-solving skills
Maintain confidentiality
Range
$19-$21/hr.
