Responsibilities

Welcome customers in person and answer phone calls
Open, update, and close repair orders
Go over estimates and explain recommended repairs in a clear, simple way
Get approvals before work starts
Keep customers in the loop on progress and timing
Shop Support

Spot opportunities for additional services based on inspections
Help keep technicians productive and moving efficiently
Make sure billing, paperwork, and warranties are accurate
