
Solutions Delivery Manager

Summary
The Enterprise Solutions Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for projects and is an individual with a recent college graduate, recently separated military veteran or individual in the middle of a career transition. This junior member of the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) manages projects, coordinates and completes complex airline or travel industry projects. The role collaborates with Product Managers, business managers, internal stakeholders, vendor partners, internal IT teams, and scrum masters to evaluate projects, manage communications, set deadlines, assign tasks, review progress, document and update project plans, manage the risk register, manage budgets, monitor staff utilization, identify roadblocks and report on project progress. The successful candidate will bring positive energy and a can‑do attitude.

Minimum Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or a related technology discipline.
Minimum one (1) year of experience as a project manager.
Preferred Requirements
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Lean Six Sigma certification helpful.
Experience or coursework in delivering effective and informative presentations.
Proven leadership potential to facilitate conversations, anticipate and resolve issues to ensure on‑time project delivery.
Experience managing project budgets.
Knowledge of conveying the value of new and emerging products, technologies, projects or applications to senior management and across a diverse product team.
Proven relationship building skills.
Clear understanding of overseeing solution delivery projects that may span across multiple areas, functions, and/or lines of business.
Ability to work well with people from various disciplines and degrees of technical experience.
Software engineering or technical background a plus.
Job Duties
Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives and interface with business development, platform technology teams, and finance to develop or enhance applications or services.
Develop and deliver project performance reports, KPI reports and financial reports.
Prepare and deliver project performance presentations to executives and project teams.
Leverage agile software delivery methodologies for strategy, design, planning, development, testing and implementation, paying close attention to conversion, bounce rate and customer engagement.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills at all communication levels.
Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
Assist in developing long‑term strategic relationships with Nexus teams and multiple business units.
Establish credibility with internal stakeholders and technical teams through clear communication, collaboration, and strong organizational skills, respecting all teammates and driving internal success.
Plan, supervise and control the execution of all business and technical development, prioritizing business requirements, software development or third‑party integration, system testing and product acceptance.
Partner with stakeholders across multiple teams to deliver an idea from inception to completion, applying project management principles such as planning, scoping, scheduling, resource planning, milestone development, results analysis, tracking and risk management.
Work with business representatives, sponsors or product managers to document business case, ROI, scope, success criteria and update product roadmap.
Manage backlog, prioritization and change management with the product manager.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and within agreed scope.
Understand burn‑down metrics, velocity and task definition to ensure successful delivery.
Create and manage risk registers, schedules, budget reports and status reports for the full lifecycle of development with multiple teams and technologies.
Communicate progress against epics, features, milestones, interdependencies and resource planning via status reports, meetings and product demos or presentations.
Facilitate internal team and customer meetings, assigning task ownership as outlined in project planning documentation.
Assist in developing Enterprise Program Management processes and best practices to support business growth.
Ensure direct reports understand and apply our Customer Commitment and service standards.
Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in personal actions and when providing leadership direction.
