THE ROLE
The firm is seeking an Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the NYC office and deliver a seamless, white‑glove employee experience. This is a high‑visibility, relationship‑driven role partnering closely with senior leadership and global teams.

Leading and developing a small receptionist team

Overseeing day‑to‑day office operations, vendors, and conference optimization

Ensuring health & safety compliance

Supporting ESG initiatives and maintaining carbon reporting

Handling office projects including fit‑outs, refurbishments, and moves

Acting as the NYC liaison for London/global leadership

Delivering a proactive, polished service experience for all stakeholders

THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This person enjoys being at the center of a business and brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

10+ years’ experience in office operations or office management

Experience working in financial services

Strong communicator comfortable with navigating ambiguity

Highly organized, solutions-focused, and team‑oriented
