Early Career Electrical Engineer – Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems
In this role, you will generate and maintain Combat System Cable Block Diagrams (CBD), Cable Installation/Interconnection Drawings (CIID); including Cable Running Sheets (CRS), Minimum Data Sets (MDS), Cable Impact Statements (CIS). Review PARM/OEM/vendor Installation Control Drawings and Technical Data Package products. Product developer for Aegis USN products, sites, FMS, AA.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineer Technology Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
Microsoft Office Experience (Like Outlook, Teams or Excel).
Experience on at least one team-based project.
Must be a US Citizen; requires a government security clearance; location requires special access.
Desired Skills
Some knowledge of various network types, current commercial trends in this field, as well as the cabling materials required to support.
Basic level of knowledge of both military and commercial electrical interface protocols, Combat System integration criteria, equipment interaction methods, major signal flows, as well as USN and commercial Shipbuilding Specifications.
Experience using CAD.
Networking, cabling experience.
Fiber‑optics experience.

Work Location: Onsite full-time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Schedule: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
