Experience Program Manager
Must have 3 plus years of experience as a Program Manager
Must have 2 plus years of experience within leadership
Must have experience with disability services
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be technology savvy
Duties
Manage schedules, calendars, and team meetings
Supervise Assistants with regular feedback and evaluations
Support team growth in values, hospitality, and teamwork
Assign tasks and ensure responsibilities are completed
Help recruit, train, and evaluate team members
Maintain strong collaboration with other teams and leaders
Spend time supporting individuals in daily routines
Communicate concerns about well-being, service quality, or property
Participate in reviews, inspections, and audits
Follow systems to meet service and compliance requirements
Help identify and support training needs
Lead or support community projects and initiatives
Assist with budgeting and monitor spending
Ensure all services are delivered properly
Build positive relationships with families, agencies, and community members
Continue professional development and training
Communicate respectfully and highlight each person's strengths
Complete other assigned duties
