Responsibilities

You'lloversee all phases of construction projects from pre‑construction planning to final punch list and closeout.

You'lllead and mentor on‑site superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.

You'lldevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within financial targets.

You'llserve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

You'llenforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes across all job sites.

You'llproactively identify and mitigate project risks, solving problems and resolving issues before they impact schedule or budget.

You'llreview and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress payments to maintain project documentation and financial control.

You'llconduct regular site inspections and quality control audits to ensure workmanship meets project specifications and company standards.

You'llcultivate and manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure reliable partnerships and competitive pricing.

You'llleverage construction management software and technology to streamline processes, track progress, and report on key performance metrics.

Onsite at client site : The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

Salary
$105,000 — $135,000 a year

Requirements

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Construction Project Management

Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials

Bonus Points

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related field is a plus

Experience working in hyper‑scale data centers is a plus

Outstanding negotiating skills

Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
