Overview
Access Rosin is seeking a hands-on Welder / Production Manager to lead fabrication, oversee production operations, and help scale manufacturing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both working on the floor and managing production workflow.
You will be responsible for welding, fabrication, quality control, team coordination, and ensuring production deadlines are met safely and efficiently.
This is a leadership role with growth potential as the company continues to expand.
Responsibilities
Welding & Fabrication
Fabricate and assemble components
Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Modify and repair equipment as needed
Ensure weld quality and structural integrity
Production Management
Oversee daily production schedule
Coordinate workflow and team assignments
Ensure deadlines and production targets are met
Maintain quality control standards
Track production output and efficiency
Identify process improvements
Operations & Safety
Maintain clean and organized work area
Ensure OSHA and safety compliance
Manage inventory of materials and supplies
Assist with equipment maintenance
Train and support production staff
Requirements
3+ years welding experience (MIG/TIG preferred)
1+ year production or team leadership experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Reliable and detail-oriented
Forklift experience preferred (not required)
