ICU patient total care (ventilators, titratable drips, hygiene care)
No call required
48GHs not approved
Blocked scheduling may be accommodated; must be included in body of submittal

EMR: MedHost
Float Requirements
Floating to ER & Medical/Surgical departments required
ER float: assist with call lights, pass meds, transport patients, start IVs, blood draws, etc.
Med Surg float: support up to 12 patients (full assignment) or act as aide with up to 6 patients
Qualifications
2+ years ICU experience
BLS and ACLS certification
ER & Med Surg experience required
TNCC preferred
Experience with ventilation, titratable drips, mixing medications, patient hygiene preferred
Fingerprinting required for all NM travelers
Scrub color: Any
Unit Details
Number of beds: 12
Patient ratio: 1:2-3
Other Notable Details
Floating log maintained in the ICU; staff writes name in the log when they float.
