Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our dynamic team in Fairfield, OH. This role requires an individual with a strong background in electrical assembly and a keen attention to detail. The position operates on the 1st Shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and offers a 3‑month contract‑to‑hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

Review daily work orders, assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams before starting tasks.

Gather tools, materials, and components needed for daily builds.

Assemble electrical parts such as coils, sensors, harnesses, transformers, or control units.

Perform soldering, crimping, wire routing, and mechanical fastening.

Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.

Collaborate with quality inspectors or engineers to resolve issues.

Document completed work in production logs or digital systems.

Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety procedures.

Adhere to all environmental, health, safety, and quality guidelines to maintain a compliant and hazard‑free work environment.

Maintain clean, organized work areas in alignment with housekeeping and GMP expectations.

Essential Skills

Experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or electronics manufacturing.

Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.

Proficiency with soldering, crimping, and hand tools.

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Basic understanding of electrical principles.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with circuit boards, control panels, and panel wiring.

Familiarity with IPC standards and electronic assembly.

Knowledge of mechanical assembly and electrical wiring.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $19.00 /hr.
