Position Title:
CNC Machinist
Salary Range:
$72,800 - $93,600 / Year DOE
Responsibilities
Operate Mazak, Nakamura-Tomé, Emco/Fanuc, and gear/grinding equipment
Run lathes and mills, focusing on the turning department
Diagnose and resolve setup issues, mid-production changes, and production inconsistencies
Engage in light programming and machine setups
Contribute to a collaborative work environment by solving production challenges
Requirements
CNC machining experience, particularly in aerospace
Some level of programming experience, including modifying programs as needed
Self-starter with a strong foundation in machining fundamentals
Motivated to learn beyond operating a single machine
Ability to take responsibility and show initiative, especially in a lead role
5-10 years of experience in a lead role is preferred
Strong problem-solving skills are preferred
Aerospace and precision backgrounds are preferred
Turning experience is preferred
Leadership potential is preferred
