Registered Nurse (RN) – SUD Treatment
Location:
Concord, MA (NEW Facility!)
Pay Rate:
$45 per hour plus shift differentials
Schedule:
Full‑time, 3pm‑11pm.

Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct medical care and support to adult clients in our residential SUD treatment program. As an RN, you’ll be a key part of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for clinical assessments, detox protocols, medication management, and client education.
Key Responsibilities
Complete nursing assessments upon admission and as needed
Administer medications and monitor client responses
Implement and monitor detoxification protocols
Conduct COWS and CIWA assessments per protocol
Provide health and medication education to clients
Collaborate with medical providers during evaluations and medication management appointments
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and safely
Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Licensure: Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Massachusetts
Certifications: Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification required
Experience: One year of experience in a behavioral health or substance use treatment setting preferred
Preferred: Experience with detox protocols and co‑occurring disorder treatment
