Job Responsibilies
Perform all necessary functions in the operation, preventive maintenance, and repairs of building air handling units, fan coil units, and other equipment in a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to HVAC systems.
Must be able to work independently to troubleshoot and diagnose various equipment issues, disassemble machines, and repair or replace broken parts.
May order replacement parts and equipment with management approval. Inspects completed repairs.
May repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment, such as motors, pumps, conveyors, belts, fans, air conditioners, etc.
Minimum Education And Experience
HS Diploma or GED
3 or more years of related experience.
Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
