Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs efficiently and accurately on Ford diesel vehicles

Inspect vehicles and identify needed repairs or maintenance

Communicate repair needs clearly with service advisors and team members

Complete work according to manufacturer and dealership standards

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety procedures and shop processes

Take pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail

Contribute to a productive, team‑focused service department

Qualifications

2+ years of diesel service experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong mechanical and Ford diesel diagnostic skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Basic computer competencies

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Strong work ethic and team‑oriented attitude
