Working collaboratively across the college and with community partners, the department advances student retention, well‐being, and a vibrant campus culture grounded in equity, accountability, and belonging.**Salary Range:**$25.67 - $37.26/hour**Minimum Qualifications*** One (1) year of relevant experience in student services, compliance or related field. A Bachelor’s degree may substitute for 12 months of experience and an associate’s degree may substitute for 6 months of experience.* Ability to interpret institutional, state, and federal policies or regulations and translate them into supportive procedures and processes.* Communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships between college personnel and external stakeholders* Experience working with students from diverse and traditionally underserved backgrounds and with varied needs and ability to maintain confidentiality while doing so.* Experience planning and organizing multiple activities, delivering results, and meeting deadlines.* Experience in a work environment in which maintaining confidentiality was critical.**Preferred Qualification*** Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (higher education, student personnel, political science, communications, counseling, etc.).* Experience working in career development programming and/or student activities coordination.* Training in trauma-informed practices and culturally competent service delivery.* Experience developing and delivering training that engages learners and achieves learning objectives.* Knowledge of Title IX regulations and student development principles**Other Requirements**Please complete the online application form at JR0000004669 and upload these documents by the posting deadline.
