We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our PR & Partnerships team in New York. We are offering this position on a full time, permanent basis.

Farrow & Ball is a luxury British lifestyle brand that prides itself in creating richly pigmented paint and handcrafted wallpaper, using print methods dating back 300 years and the finest quality ingredients.

The PR & Partnerships Manager, North America will lead Farrow & Ball’s PR, influencer, and brand partnership strategy across the US and Canada. Reporting into the PR & Communications Director this role is responsible for elevating brand awareness, desirability, and cultural relevance through strategic earned media, influencer relationships, and high-impact collaborations.

This role will focus on setting strategy and overseeing execution through a retained PR agency and specialist partners, rather than direct pitching. The successful candidate will act as a senior brand representative in-market, identifying and activating partnerships with tastemakers, designers, creators, and aligned brands to drive meaningful visibility and long-term brand equity.

Key Responsibilities
PR Strategy & Agency Management

Lead the development and delivery of the North America PR strategy in line with global brand and communications objectives.

Manage and mentor the North America PR agency, setting clear priorities, KPIs, and ways of working.

Ensure product launches, collections, and global campaigns are successfully landed in the North American earned media landscape.

Review, challenge, and optimize agency output to ensure quality, relevance, and impact across design, lifestyle, and broader consumer media.

Oversee press materials, messaging, reporting, and measurement, ensuring consistency with global brand tone of voice.

Partnerships & Collaborations

Identify, develop, and lead strategic partnerships with brands, cultural institutions, designers, and creative talent that enhance Farrow & Ball’s brand positioning in North America.

Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with VIPs, tastemakers, and industry leaders.

Develop partnership concepts that generate compelling storytelling opportunities across PR, influencer, and owned channels.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Brand, Retail, Trade, and Digital) to ensure partnerships are integrated and commercially and creatively aligned.

Influencer & Tastemaker Strategy

Own the North America influencer and tastemaker strategy, with a focus on quality, relevance, and authentic brand alignment.

Identify priority creators and opinion leaders across interiors, architecture, lifestyle, and culture.

Oversee influencer activations, seeding, campaigns, and content creation in partnership with agency and internal teams.

Ensure all influencer activity reflects Farrow & Ball’s values, aesthetics, and positioning.

Events & Brand Representation

Oversee PR- and partnership-led events in market, including launches, press previews, tastemaker dinners, and experiential activations.

Represent Farrow & Ball at key industry, cultural, and media moments.

Host and manage VIPs, media, and partners at events, store openings, and brand experiences.

Leadership & Collaboration

Line manage and develop North America PR resource(s), providing clear direction, coaching, and support.

Act as a key point of contact between North America and global communications teams, ensuring alignment and best practice sharing.

Work cross-functionally with global and regional stakeholders to deliver cohesive, impactful communication.

Key Attributes
Skills, Knowledge & Experience

7+ years of experience in PR, communications, partnerships, or brand marketing, preferably within interiors, luxury, design, fashion, or lifestyle.

Proven experience managing PR agencies and external partners.

Strong track record of developing and executing influencer and partnership strategies.

Deep understanding of the North American media, influencer, and cultural landscape.

Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and high-profile partners.

Strategic thinker with strong commercial and brand acumen.

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
