This is a high‑trust, high‑autonomy partnership with Jason Middleton, CEO and Founder of Silver Air. The Executive Personal Assistant operates as an extension of the CEO—managing his time, priorities, and environment so he can perform at the highest level across business, brand, and lifestyle.

Location: Santa Barbara
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 / year
Workload Split
65% Marketing Support & Lifestyle Management
– Content coordination, brand alignment, social/media support, travel planning, personal scheduling, and day‑to‑day execution of the CEO’s lifestyle and public‑facing presence.
30% Business & Operational Coordination
– Calendar and inbox management, meeting coordination, executive follow‑ups, cross‑functional alignment, and ensuring priorities are executed across the organization.
5% Household Oversight
– Light coordination of vendors, scheduling, and ensuring the CEO’s home environment supports his schedule and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Lifestyle Operations (Primary Focus)
Own and operate the CEO’s daily ecosystem from first touchpoint (≈8:00 AM) through end‑of‑day alignment.
Design and maintain a high‑performance daily rhythm across business, travel, wellness, content, and personal priorities.
Anticipate needs in advance; remove friction before it surfaces.
Manage all travel end‑to‑end (commercial, private aviation, international), ensuring seamless execution across time zones and logistics.
Ensure all environments (office, travel, home) are consistently prepared, organized, and aligned with performance standards.
Business & Executive Coordination
Own the CEO’s calendar and inbox with precision, prioritization, and strong decision‑making.
Drive alignment across the CEO, Chief People Officer, and executive team on priorities, meetings, and follow‑through.
Prepare agendas, briefings, and materials; track action items and ensure completion.
Act as a central operator across departments—connecting aviation, operations, media, and business initiatives.
Maintain strict confidentiality and sound judgment across all interactions.
Marketing, Brand & Content Execution (High Priority)
Coordinate and support the CEO’s content ecosystem across podcast, social media, and brand initiatives.
Manage timelines, logistics, and execution for content production (recordings, shoots, travel‑based content).
Ensure brand consistency, visual quality, and alignment with Silver Air’s positioning.
Support partnerships, collaborations, and brand‑facing opportunities tied to the CEO.
Serve as a quality filter—flagging anything that does not meet brand or aesthetic standards.
Household & Personal Infrastructure (Light but Critical)
Coordinate vendors, services, and scheduling to ensure seamless home operations.
Align household logistics with the CEO’s business and travel schedule.
Maintain a reliable, low‑friction personal environment that supports performance.
