Northgate Resorts - - Responsibilities: Greet guests and check them in at arrival; Escort guests to lodging or RV sites; Upsell ancillary sales (firewood, ice, golf carts) and deliver promptly; Enforce park rules, including quiet hours; Communicate with departments and escalate guest issues as necessary
