Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the CEO, Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and/or Committees as needed. This role requires handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and actively supporting leadership effectiveness across the credit union.

Executive Assistant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$ 21.75 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
Maintain corporate, Board of Directors, and committee minutes and records
Establish and distribute agendas for staff meetings
Coordinate meetings and appointments for Board of Directors and Committee members, CEO, and Leadership Team calendars
Coordinate and distribute Board of Directors and Committee materials
Coordinate requested documents from external partners, including CPA firms and NCUA
Manage credit union mail by sorting incoming items and coordinating outgoing postage and courier services
Coordinate NMLS registrations for applicable new hires, updates, and terminations
Communicate professionally with a diverse group of callers, visitors, and vendors
Assist with communication to and from the CEO, maintaining strict confidentiality

Executive Assistant Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, demonstrating strong organizational and administrative skills
Experience with mail handling and general office support
Exceptional customer service abilities, capable of professional interaction with diverse groups
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft 365 & Adobe Professional Edition)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed to support executive needs
Travel and time spent outside office may be required
Requirement to be bonded
