Front Office Assistant

The Frederick Keys are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the front office while supporting multiple departments, including executive leadership and sponsorship.
Key responsibilities include:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
Greet and assist visitors, partners, and guests at the front desk
Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and common areas
Provide top-notch customer service to fans, partners, and community members
Support the General Manager with administrative duties, including:
Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Preparing documents and correspondence
Handling confidential information with discretion
Assist the sponsorship department by:
Helping build and format partnership proposals
Conducting basic research on prospective partners
Organize sales materials and presentations
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain internal filing systems (both digital and physical)
Assist with data entry and database management (CRM systems, as applicable)
Support game day and event preparation as needed
Help coordinate internal meetings, including setting up rooms and materials
Monitor and respond to general email inquiries
Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned by leadership
Qualifications include:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Prior administrative or customer service experience preferred

Attain Partners, the owner of the Frederick Keys, is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The individual hourly rate for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging between $15 - $20 per hour.
