Managing repeat contractors and providing exceptional customer support. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe front office environment. Assisting with general clerical duties as needed to support the team.
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a busy office or retail setting. Bilingual skills in Spanish are highly preferred to serve our diverse customer base. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal communication abilities. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Excel and Word, are a plus. A friendly, professional attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
