Urgently hiring Processing Operator in Eugene, Oregon! Job Title: Processing Operator Pay: $17.50 per hour Hours: Monday
Friday, 6:00AM
2:30PM Start Date: ASAP Looking for a full-time role with steady hours and growth potential? Join a reputable food manufacturing company in Eugene, Oregon, that specializes in producing granola, cereal, and flakes. As a Processing Operator, you'll be a vital part of the production team, ensuring that ingredients are prepared, equipment runs smoothly, and high-quality products are delivered on schedule. In this role, you'll contribute to maintaining safe, organized, and efficient production lines, helping to keep operations running seamlessly while supporting food safety standards. What You'll Do As a Processing Operator, you will be responsible for: Moving and lifting 50 lb bags of ingredients into mixing bins to prepare batches for processing. Accurately reading and following mixing and production instructions to ensure product consistency. Operating and monitoring equipment to facilitate the production of cereal and granola. Bagging cereal as it comes off the production line, ensuring proper packaging standards. Performing sanitation and cleanup duties after each production run to maintain a clean workspace. Maintaining a safe, organized, and sanitized work environment in compliance with food safety standards. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Strong math skills and a keen attention to detail. Basic computer skills for production tracking and labeling tasks. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Willingness to perform repetitive, physical work in a production setting.
