What You'll Do As a Processing Extruder Operator, you will be responsible for: Measuring, lifting, and pouring ingredient bags up to 50 lbs into mixers, ensuring accurate ingredient loads. Mixing ingredients according to batch instructions and recipes to produce consistent quality. Operating and monitoring extrusion equipment during production runs to maintain product specifications. Reading production orders and making adjustments to equipment or processes as needed. Bagging finished product while adhering to quality and safety standards. Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas after each production cycle. Assisting with troubleshooting minor equipment issues to minimize downtime. Supporting team operations and maintaining clear communication with supervisors and coworkers. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly. Strong attention to detail and good math skills. Basic computer skills for tracking production data. Physical endurance to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and a proactive work ethic.
