Skilled Trades Recruiter
who can keep up with demand, deliver top talent fast, and bring real field insight to the hiring process—especially when it comes to
electricians and electrical helpers .
What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting in a
high-volume, fast-moving environment
Fill roles quickly without sacrificing quality
Source, screen, and place
electricians, apprentices, and helpers
Build strong pipelines of qualified trades talent
Partner with operations to understand urgent workforce needs
Keep orders fulfilled and crews fully staffed—on time, every time
Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams
What You Bring
Hands-on experience in the trades
(electrical background strongly preferred)
Proven success recruiting for
skilled trades roles
Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, high-demand environment
Strong sense of urgency and execution speed
Relationship builder who can connect with field talent
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a
big plus
