About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support our President and CEO. This full‑time, exempt position requires someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and excels at managing multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver top‑tier administrative support to the President and CEO, proactively anticipating needs and taking initiative.
Plan and coordinate conferences and events, managing all logistics such as reservations, agendas, itineraries, registrations, and vendor communications.
Oversee the President’s calendar, scheduling multiple events and trips each month while efficiently handling any changes or updates.
Monitor and prioritize daily mail flow, ensuring timely follow‑up and action on important items.
Answer and screen phone calls professionally, accurately conveying messages in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the Finance team to prepare monthly expense reports and client billing.
Prepare a weekly planner for the President, reviewing and updating tasks daily to keep the President informed and organized.
