$0.56 – $0.65 CPM based on verified experience
Average weekly earnings $1,400 – $1,600

Home every two weeks on a consistent, planned rotation

Driver Training
Valid Class A CDL required or minimum 120 hours from an accredited program

Responsibilities
Operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT regulations
Transport dry van freight on scheduled routes
Maintain accurate logs including ELD and DVIR reports
Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
Requirements
Minimum age 21 with valid Class A CDL
6 months experience preferred but not required for trainees
Clean driving record with safety focus
No major or DOT preventable accidents
No preventable accident within the last 5 years
Maximum of 2 preventable incidents
No safety‑related termination from previous employer
No failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol tests
No commercial DUI within the last 5 years
Must pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug screening
