Construction Billing Specialist
Vaco Phoenix is partnering with a growing team looking to add a Construction Billing Specialist to support project financials and day-to-day accounting operations. This is a full-time, onsite role based in the Phoenix area, offering a salary range of $65K–$70K depending on experience.
Responsibilities
Manage invoicing, vendor communication, and account reconciliations
Prepare and submit project billings in line with contract terms
Partner with internal teams to track costs, payments, and project financials
Assist with month-end close and bank reconciliations
Maintain vendor documentation and ensure compliance requirements are met
Work within client platforms to upload and manage billing and compliance info
Requirements
3+ years of project-based accounting or billing experience
Strong AIA billing experience
Experience with job costing and tracking project spend
Familiarity with QuickBooks
Compensation includes a salary range of $65K–$70K, discretionary bonuses, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
