Compensation
$26 - $28 per hour
Job Responsibilities
Manage, support, and maintain company systems and software applications.
Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve system efficiency and enhance the user experience.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and performance.
Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation for system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
Provide timely technical support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective issue resolution.
Develop and deliver clear, engaging training materials for system implementations, updates, and enhancements.
Participate in meetings and workgroups to coordinate efforts, communicate updates, and stay aligned on policies, initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Support additional compliance initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in systems support or related functions preferred.
Project management experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to assess operational needs and communicate effective solutions to leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies
Experience in systems support, technical operations, or customer service environments.
Strong understanding of systems and software relevant to business operations.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
High attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities.
Tools & Equipment Used
General office equipment.
Physical Requirements / Working Environment
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
Must have finger dexterity for typing/using a keyboard.
Must be able to sit for long periods at a desk.
Must be mobile enough to move around office during programs or outside events and stand for long periods.
The work environment characteristics are normal office conditions.
Consistent and regular attendance required.
Hours over and above normal office hours will occur, including weekends and holidays.
