What You Will Do
Responsible for scheduling and optimizing service work, ensuring customer commitments are met regarding service delivery.
How You Will Do It
Use Oracle ACE scheduler to assign call to optimal technician based on skills, territories, customer preferred technician, availability, response time, criticality, and proximity.
Communicate and resolve scheduling issues with customers and field personnel, alert management of potential problems and work to resolve.
Measure branch activity and compliance, identify improvement areas, and implement action plans with branch/region management.
Prioritize scheduling backorders and track/re‑assign work to manage customer expectations.
Monitor technician activity and schedules, ensuring commitments are met and communicate status changes back to customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required
1–2 years of customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office
Comfortable in fast‑paced environment
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience with ACE/Oracle systems
Product knowledge of life safety equipment (suppression, fire & sprinkler)
Experience with accounts receivable and billing
Coordinator experience
Compensation
Hiring hourly range: $20‑$25. This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation. Exceptional candidates may bring unique skills and could be considered beyond the range.
