Description
The Business Operations Specialist will support the growth and ongoing execution of multiple iTero sales, iTero subscriptions, and marketing programs. This role will establish and execute best practices to scale iTero sales efforts and ensure compliance.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage cross‑functional activities related to sales, services, and subscription programs, including tracking contractual commitments, billing activities, and sales notifications.
Research and support service and subscription inquiries, including ad‑hoc investigations to resolve operational questions from the field.
Perform account‑level and program research to identify root causes, validate data, and recommend next steps.
Track and report on corporate assets to ensure appropriate usage and compliance.
Execute and document milestone‑driven and ad‑hoc operational processes using Salesforce.com.
Collect, analyze, and present exception requests for management review and approval.
Document, maintain, and enforce processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Ensure clear, timely cross‑functional communication to keep projects on track and issues moving toward resolution.
Apply analytical skills to identify issues, evaluate options, and present findings clearly.
Gather stakeholder feedback, identify process gaps, and support continuous improvement efforts.
Research information to respond to internal and external inquiries and share learnings with peers and leadership.
Build and maintain working knowledge of iTero products, services, programs, and operational procedures.
Ensure consistent documentation, SOP execution, and communication standards.
Collaborate with initiative and a problem‑solving mindset.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience.
Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
Track record as a self‑starter with initiative, attention to detail, and ability to execute.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma (LSS) certification preferred.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
Pay Transparency
Base salary ranges are set based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and total compensation. For other locations outside the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically.
