Job Description
The Registered Nurse provides support to the Director of Nursing and can take on many responsibilities. This is a great opportunity for a nurse who wants to step into a leadership role or advance their career, with a blend of clinical work and staff leadership in directing and managing caregivers, med techs, and other employees to meet resident needs and provide excellent care.
Responsibilities
Practice according to the philosophy and policies/procedures of the community and State standards
Complete resident assessments
Provide direction and leadership to care staff
Train staff on medication administration and other care duties
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Must have a valid, unrestricted RN license in the state
Maintain CEU requirements
Computers skills
Love for seniors!
Benefits
Night and Day shift available FT, also PRN availability
Competitive salary $35 - $44 per hr DOE
Sign On Bonus FT $15,000
