Job Overview
Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure the clothing racks, tables and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
Compensation
Hourly wage: $19 – $32 per hour, equal to or exceeding the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
