How you’ll make an impact in this role

Optimize daily schedules and staffing levels to ensure peak operational coverage.

Train, coach, and evaluate staff to drive high performance and accountability.

Provide strategic input on hiring and termination to build a premier team.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure superior patient outcomes.

Manage inventory and supply chains to maintain seamless service delivery.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Required Credential(s)

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

One or more of the following required:

Respiratory Care Practitioner obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Respiratory Therapist specializing in Registered credentialed from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Advanced Life Support preferred.

Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation preferred.
