We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to support active projects and work closely with senior leadership. The role is designed for someone who can step in immediately, assist with project coordination and reporting, and quickly grow into full project ownership. This role is ideal for someone early to mid‑career who wants hands‑on exposure, close mentorship from senior leadership, and a clear path to managing their own projects.
This is an on site role and requires regular presence in the field.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Support active construction projects from pre‑construction through completion
Assist with project coordination, documentation, and reporting
Track schedules, budgets, and outstanding items to support timely execution
Review and organize drawings, submittals, transmittals, and project correspondence
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and internal team members
Partner with site supervisors to help translate project schedules into day to day field execution
Support trade buyouts, cost tracking, and procurement activities
Attend site visits and assist with field coordination as needed
Prepare internal updates and help improve project reporting processes
Learn and grow into managing assigned projects independently
Qualifications:
1 to 5 years of experience in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
High ownership mindset with willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to pick up new processes quickly and apply feedback
Comfort working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is a plus but not required
Degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field is a plus but not required

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $140,000 USD per year . Compensation is subject to experience and location. Published salary bands pursuant to transparency laws, and do not include possible variable compensation such as annual merit increases or bonus eligibility.
