Job Summary
We are seeking a PT On‑call Shipping and Receiving/Facility Specialist to join IST Management Services in Glendale, CA and to support the West Los Angeles location. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in shipping and receiving, mail operations, customer service, and a desire to grow their professional career in business services. Hourly Compensation:

$19.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No nights or weekends!

Responsibilities

The PT On‑call Shipping and Receiving Specialist will be responsible for receiving, processing, and delivering mail and packages.

Shipping and Receiving Services – Receive and send overnight packages.

Customer Service – Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment.

Mail Operations – Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures.

Hospitality – Conference room setups.

Facilities – Respond to requests and report.

Adhere to all safety procedures.

Take direction from the site manager and the assistant site manager.

Participate in cross‑training.

Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs.

Qualifications

Valid Driver's License required.

Prior mail or shipping/receiving experience is a plus.

High school diploma or GED.

Professional appearance and demeanor; excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills.

Ability to work individually or in a team and to multi‑task effectively.

Ability to meet employer's attendance policy.

Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
