Job Description
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

VIE Main Requirements

European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco) who are graduates up to and including 28 years old (a V.I.E. mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty‑ninth birthday).

Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any.

Must be registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28. For more information: https://mon-vie-via.businessfrance.fr/ (in English, German, Italian and Spanish).

The contract duration of VIE is between 6 to 24 months.

VIE Field Service Business Operations & Digital Transformation Assistant
You will join the Field Service Latin America & Caribbean Team located in Miami.

The Field Service Teams provide the primary interface with customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and safe operation. They build a relationship of trust and a successful partnership with the customer by being the frontline contact within the station, promoting and protecting the Airbus image. They assist airlines with AOG and incident inquiries and play a major role in solving technical problems before they become sensitive subjects. As a VIE, you will support the Field Service Director for the region in process optimization and digitalisation.

Responsibilities

Support the Field Service Miami hub (HUBMIA) digital transformation and provide technical business support for daily customer query inflow optimisation.

Lead projects to create performance dashboards and index trackers (SalesForce, Skywise, Qlink, Google for Work solutions).

Support the regional Fleet Performance team by creating reports and dashboards that streamline the efficiency of the interaction between the regional Field Service team and the Fleet Efficiency team.

Support the regional Customer Services organization by creating reports and dashboards that streamline the efficiency of the interaction between the regional Field Service team and the regional Customer Services department.

This role may involve some travel for business within Latin America and the USA, and you must be able to travel accordingly.

Language skills: Intermediate/advanced level of English; intermediate level of Spanish
