The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture strong partnerships and collaborations with external program partners including school nurses, school administrators, local public health agencies, and stakeholders through in‑person and virtual communication.

Showcase program achievements and partnerships by highlighting impact and collaboration during presentations and exhibiting at local and statewide conferences and convenings.

Contribute to crafting and shaping impactful program reports that tell the story of the program, partners, and Missouri’s adolescent population.

Deliver impactful technical support and assistance and lead interactive trainings to current and future contractors.

Leverage program tools, systems, and processes to manage data effectively (tracking responses, producing reports, ensuring accuracy and accountability, etc).

Travel statewide to participate in program observations and monitorings to ensure quality and impact.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or four or more years of professional experience in public health, mental health, education, social services, public or business administration, health care, or a closely related field. A master’s degree is preferred.

Experience in developing and providing training.

Experience developing, managing, and evaluating contracted work with third‑party vendors.

This position requires a high level of written and verbal communication skills, the ability to build impactful partnerships through innovative problem‑solving, and critical and analytical thinking.

Experience using technology and a variety of computer programs (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, video‑conferencing, and online survey platforms, Microsoft TEAMS, project management platforms for coordinating activities and project reporting).

Strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking, and writing/editing skills.

Lack of post‑secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
