Customer Service Representative
Base Salary $39,227
(The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the candidate selected is eligible for a years-of-service pay differential, it will be added to the total compensation. A pay differential does not raise the base pay.)

Responsibilities
Open and process daily mail, emails, verification requests, and faxes.
Answer telephone calls and emails for the Board’s Licensure Section.
Enter information from the paper applications into the licensure system.
Prepare, scan and validate documents for electronic distribution.
Preparation of purchase and supply requisitions, expense accounts, payment invoices, refunds, vehicle logs, out of state travel requests and monthly reconciliations; arranges travel and accommodations for staff.
Perform audits of continuing education for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
Process inactive and retirement status requests.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
Two or more years of experience in reviewing and processing official documents such as claims, applications or legal documentation; or One or more years of experience as an Associate Customer Service Representative.
(Earned credit hours from an accredited college or university in the areas of business or public administration may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required experience)
Knowledge of computer applications such as Windows 10, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
