Lead Administrative Support Assistant

Base Salary: $42,611 (The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the candidate selected is eligible for a years‑of‑service pay differential, it will be added to the total compensation. A pay differential does not raise the base pay.)
Job Location: Division of Professional Registration, Missouri Board of Registration for the Healing Arts, 3605 Missouri Boulevard, Jefferson City, Missouri 65109.

Assists the Executive Director and other members of the management team.
Serves as the primary liaison for board and committee members.
Attends all board and committee meetings and conference calls; takes minutes of said meetings.
Prepares meeting notices, agendas, minutes and other related documents.
Oversees and ensures the accurate and timely preparation, review, posting, and processing of a variety of agendas, rules and/or related documents.
Respond to written and verbal inquiries regarding licensure or enforcement questions.
What We Are Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

Three or more years of relevant experience.
One or more years of experience as an Administrative Support Assistant.
(Earned credit hours from an accredited college or university in the areas of business or public administration may substitute on a year‑for‑year basis for the required experience)
Knowledge of computer applications such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
