Salary and Employment
Authorization to work in the United States is a prerequisite of employment. The Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) will not sponsor applicants for work visas. The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain ETL processes using Microsoft SSIS and SQL agent jobs.
Support complex stored procedures and custom functions.
Analyze, solve, and correct production issues and provide documentation.
Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment using Agile methodology.
Support the integration of enterprise application databases and real‑time processing into the data warehouse.
Create, adhere to, and enforce technical standards.
Experience with SQL Server and SQL Server query performance tuning.
Ability to design databases including relationships, indexes, views, tables, and fields.
Familiar with Azure DevOps and Agile development concepts.
Strong data investigation and problem‑solving skills.
Knowledge of SQL Server data warehousing, data architecture, design concepts with practical experience in the implementation of these concepts, and cloud technologies.
Be self‑motivated and have the desire to continually develop new skills and improve existing skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills.
Successful background check results are required for employment in this position. This may include background checks involving a candidate’s name and/or fingerprints and other screenings as needed for the specific position.
