Resident Care Associate (CNA, HHA)
Available Shifts

Full Time: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Part Time or Per Diem: all shifts

Pay & Benefits
Rates start at $19 – $20 per hour based on work experience. Sign‑on bonus of $1250 paid over one year in three installments of $250 (90 days, six months, nine months) and one installment of $500 at a year.

What Our Resident Care Associates Do

Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care.

Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents.

Track care and other tasks with an electronic health record system.

Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services.

Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services as needed.

Work across all departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.

Requirements

Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA).

Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents with and without assistance.

Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co‑workers.

Punctuality & reliability: Dependable delivery of daily assistance to residents.
